Sounds like a dead CMOS battery. This is a CR 2032 Watch battery. You can typically pick these up anywhere batteries or jewelry are sold. If you look on the motherboard, you will see a battery that looks like a quarter. Make sure to ground yourself and the PC is turned off and pop out the old battery and drop in the new. The system will ask you one last time for settings and once in place you should be good.
